What happens if I get stuck with something at home?
You can contact our support desk by phone or email during business hours. We also have an online student portal where you can ask questions and get help from both instructors and fellow students. For urgent issues, we offer remote assistance where we can guide you through problems on your own device.
Can I repeat lessons if I don't feel confident?
Absolutely! There's no limit to how many times you can revisit material. We encourage students to repeat sessions until they feel completely comfortable. You can also attend refresher workshops or book additional one-to-one time if you need extra practice with specific skills.
Do you provide support for my own devices?
Yes, we can help you with your personal smartphone, tablet, or computer. We'll show you how to apply what you've learned to your specific device and help you set up accounts, apps, and settings that work for your needs. We can even help you choose new devices if you're thinking of upgrading.
Is there ongoing support after I finish a course?
